The survey dashboard is for data entry of RISP data representatives from state intellectual or developmental disability (IDD) agencies. When logging in for the first time to this system, please go to the "Forgot Password?" to enter your email. You will receive an email with a password reset as long as your email is on our list of approved survey users. If you are not able to access the survey as an approved user, please email your RISP contact.
The RISP survey has been performing relatively slow in Microsoft Edge or Explorer. If possible use another browser. Please contact your RISP contact or risp@umn.edu if you experience difficulty.
